Well, it's officially Winter at 10:48pm tonight! Won't really feel like it, though, with high temperatures again expected in the mid-70's tomorrow afternoon.
With primarily northerly flow this afternoon and evening, dew point temperatures have dropped and will allow for cooler temperatures in the morning, with some areas of patchy mist, making way to a nice, partly cloudy day.
By Thursday, we could see temperatures in the upper 70's to low 80's!
Our next significant weather system will be Saturday evening and Sunday...this storm will be very significant (as it looks right now), and could bring severe thunderstorms, very strong winds, and heavy rain (and snow to places cold enough) to not just Central Texas, but much of the Eastern half of the United States, likely causing some severe flooding during the early part of next week through many Midwestern and Eastern states if things pan out as current models are depicting. Stay tuned on this one!
