Tonight, Central Texas will likely experience some very violent weather. Some portions of North Central Texas have already been hit by severe thunderstorms and tornadoes, while portions of West Texas are under the gun for blizzard conditions.
For those living or traveling through West Texas- anywhere west of Ozona...the main threat will be strong, blustery winds and heavy snow. Thunderstorms into the evening hours are expected, but this will transition into a snowy, windy, and cold overnight into tomorrow morning.
For areas East of Ozona- A line of severe thunderstorms, heavy rain, and the potential for tornadoes is expected to form and begin to progress eastward after sunset tonight. Although there is some slight uncertainty in it's timing, there is high certainty that it will exist and be very dangerous.
9pm- Western Val Verde County/Ozona
11pm- Abilene, San Angelo, Sonora, Del Rio
2am- Brownwood, Brady, Uvalde

It will be very windy tomorrow through mush of the region, some models indicating up to 50 mph wind gusts (although that may be slightly overdoing it). Nonetheless, very windy & cold.
