Time to hit the road again tomorrow, hope everyone had a great Christmas/Holiday break.
This first full week of the new year brings us a garden variety of clouds, sun, and chances for rain, especially as the week progresses. West Texas- well, most locations west of a line from Uvalde to Junction to Brady, will see a good deal of clouds throughout the week, and some chances for light rain and drizzle, but rainfall will be much more notable east of that line toward the Interstate 35 Corridor as surface winds shift to the southeast and draw in moisture from the Gulf. This should all begin to line up for Tuesday daytime-evening time frame.
As far as overnight tonight and tomorrow daytime, expect cool temperatures overnight as the atmosphere dries out and allows for surface cooling, and expect temperatures to rise to about the same as today's through the afternoon tomorrow.
