Good Evening! I hope y'all are enjoying this gorgeous weather! Not much of a December feeling, though.
This will continue through the latter half of this week, gradually warming to the mid-80's by Friday afternoon in some places, setting record high temperatures for this time of year. Low temperatures, however, will remain near normal for this time of year for most locations east of Big Bend,
causing up to a 40*F temperature swing through the day. A cold front will push through over the weekend and put high temperatures at bay by Sunday afternoon, but only back down to standard December temperatures.
Clear to Partly Cloudy skies are expected through West and Central Texas, and some morning mist and fog can be expected in low-lying areas and near water sources tomorrow morning...dense fog is possible near the Interstate 35 Corridor, although most should stay further east.
Make sure you get outside and enjoy this taste of summer!
