I don't know about you, but I'm welcoming the added moisture to the region...Spring time is definietly on the horizon. We can note that, especially since temperatures are sitting 10-15 degrees above normal, and are expected to continue this way through the week. Most places through southern Hill Country and the Highway 90 region will see some low clouds and mist...even some drizzle...tomorrow morning, similar to this morning. Different from today, though...a dry northerly push of air will move through tomorrow morning through the region and clear out any residual moisture. Depending on the timing of this, some areas (like Del Rio) may not see the morning mist because the dry air will have reached first. This drier air will make way for a drier and more cloud-free Presidents Day afternoon...but still nice and warm!
