Some rain on the way! It's been so long that I was starting to forget what "rain" was.
Nonetheless...Some isolated rain showers overnight tonight...some continued low clouds and drizzle/mist through much of Central Texas (like we've had the past few mornings)...and a decent chance at a few rain showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon/evening Sunday...even some lingering showers overnight into Monday. Right now...accumulations look somewhat light (but probably enough to water the lawn for you)...a quarter inch to the Del Rio area...a half inch to Hill Country and the San Antonio Metro...and San Angelo might get up to a quarter inch as well. Watch for some thunderstorms! These guys don't look like anything severe, however...just some lightning and that's about it.
Another chance of rainfall and thunderstorms comes on Tuesday evening into Wednesday...but due to it's orientation on the map...not sure if parts of Central Texas will get any rain...but I'll narrow it down as it gets closer. Stay Tuned!
